There’s more to us than exceptional work

We began DESA Creative on the belief that the marketing industry can do two things at once: create exceptional advertising while helping the communities we live and work in.

That’s why we created a process that is both fast and effective, while giving you the ability to turn your marketing dollars into charitable dollars.

An added benefit is that our process allows you to focus on your day-to-day business while we do the heavy lifting. Your team can focus on being creative, while we ensure your projects get to market fast.

About our founder, Petar Bozinovski

Petar began working in the digital and advertising industry more than 27 years ago in the sales department of CEO Group (Kaplan/Washington Post). Soon after he joined Rogers Media and eventually founded Crucial Interactive and Contobox in 2007.

Looking back, Petar said, “I’ve loved this industry since my first sales job. It’s the perfect mixture of art and commerce, full of creative and incredibly talented people. It’s helped provide me with new and exciting ways to connect.”

But Petar felt something was missing. He thought companies in the advertising industry could do better. This feeling came to the forefront during the pandemic.

“I founded DESA because of the surge in community and charitable involvement from people working together to get through the global pandemic,” he said.

Utilizing his experience, wealth of knowledge, and connections in the industry, Petar felt the best place to start was, “to provide clients with an opportunity to support to communities we work and live in,” he said.

So DESA opened its doors in May 2021 with the philosophy of those who give, shall receive. DESA’s structure is relatively simple, but
new to the industry.

“DESA takes on a client’s production pipeline,” Petar explained. “This allows their creative team to focus on what they are best at; being creative. That way our client can scale production while keeping overhead costs low. Best of all, the charitable donation
we make on their behalf is tax deductible.”

So far result have been overwhelmingly positive. Clients have included General Motors, Stardust Casino, University of Windsor and more.
“I want the work we do at DESA to be a celebration of the creativity that makes this industry possible,” Petar enthused. “I also want it to acknowledge the times we live in and how we will move forward every day. Because we work best when we work together.”
